You keep materials flowing so production never stops. You translate demand into well-timed purchase orders, run structured buying cycles, align specifications with Design, and act early when consumption or lead times change. Together with suppliers, Production, Design, and Sales you keep logistics moving reliably and transparently.

 

 

We are looking for a:

 

“Purchaser”

 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage stock to ensure on-time supply to Production.
  • Run structured buying cycles and maintain target stock levels.
  • Detect and handle deviations in consumption and other disruptions.
  • Request quotes/place orders and verify specifications with product designers.
  • Monitor order confirmations, shipments and delivery; resolve exceptions.
  • Work closely with suppliers, Production, Design and Sales to maintain material flow.

Expectations:

  • Enthusiastic about logistics, purchasing and supply-chain processes.
  • MBO (or equivalent) education.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a supporting/administrative/planning role (purchasing/logistics preferred).
  • Proficient in Dutch and English.
  • Proactive, curious and commercially minded; you take ownership and keep an end-to-end view.
  • Strong with Excel/ERP; structured and accurate.
